Alexan Nails II: Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions of Service
We appreciate and value our clients and respectfully ask that all clients acknowledge and follow the following policies.
Cancellation Policy
If necessary, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you are not present at the time of your appointment, and you have not called to cancel or reschedule, your appointment will be administratively cancelled 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
Terms and Conditions of Service
We will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services. However, if after three (3) attempts you are still not satisfied with the nail design, color, shape, or some other aspect of our service, we reserve the right to discontinue the session and either (a) remove the nails & charge 50% of the price or (b) have the customer keep the nails and pay the full price. Also, if you decide that you are not satisfied with the nail design, color, shape, or some other aspect of our service, within 24 hours of leaving our Nails Spa (upon request) we will issue a refund in the amount of 50% of the service price. However, the 50% refund will only be issued if we are allowed to remove the nails and other service products are returned.
